Fleece or sherpa
Most of our blankets come in both. They are not the same product.
Cozy fleece is a single layer, smooth on both sides, lighter, and drapes more. It's the better choice for a throw that lives on a sofa arm, for warmer climates, and for anything that will be washed often. It's also the cheaper option.
Premium sherpa is two layers: the printed face, backed with a thick fluffy pile like the inside of a winter coat. Much warmer, much heavier, and it feels like a more substantial gift when it comes out of the box. It's the right pick for a bed, for cold rooms, and for anything that's meant to read as a significant present.
Short version: fleece for everyday use, sherpa for a gift.
Sizes
- 30x40in — a lap blanket. Right for a child, a chair, or a car. Too small for two people.
- 50x60in — the standard throw and our most-ordered size. One adult on a sofa.
- 60x80in — covers a twin bed, or two people on a sofa.
When in doubt, 50x60. The most common regret we hear is buying 30x40 for an adult.
Washing and how the print holds up
The design is printed into the fabric, not applied on top of it, so it won't peel, crack or flake the way a heat-transfer print does. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and dulls the print over time.
Sherpa takes longer to dry than fleece. Worth mentioning to whoever receives it.

How long does it take?
Blankets are printed after you order — allow two to three weeks before a date that matters, longer in December and around graduation. See the shipping policy.
Is the design on both sides?
No. The design is printed on one face. On sherpa, the reverse is the fluffy backing; on fleece, the reverse is plain.
How much text can I add?
It varies by design — each product page shows the fields and any character limit. The 50 Reasons blanket takes the most by a wide margin.
Can I return it?
Personalized blankets can only be returned if they arrive damaged or the personalization is wrong on our end. See the refund policy. Check spelling before checkout — a name is the most common error.
Do you ship outside the US?
No, United States only.
