Everything is made after you order — allow two to three weeks. For a baby shower you'll have a fixed date to work back from. For a birth, order once the baby has actually arrived if the gift includes birth details; otherwise order ahead and hold it.
What if I don't know the name yet?
Then don't order a personalized piece yet. Pick something with a fixed design, or wait — a keepsake with the wrong spelling can't be remade for free.
